Love visiting this shop. I have personally had cuts from Jared, Tyler, and Gabe and all have been amazing. Very professional atmosphere that takes you back to a time that was simple and people cared about how they looked. It reminds me of pictures of my grandparents in dress clothes posing by a beautiful car. They cared about how they looked! A+ and highly recommended

Simply the best barbers in Lynchburg! They take their time, they are very detailed and professional. It is always a great atmosphere and a positive environment. I highly recommend. I always come out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated! Paige is my barber and is fantastic! But, I know people who have had their hair cut by the rest of the staff and they have the same experience and feedback. Don't expect to pay great clips prices but it is well worth the money.

I've been taking my sons here for a few years now and they are amazing! Every visit has been wonderful, and it has such a cool, classic barbershop vibe. They truly want their customers to be happy and they do a great job with my boys. They also sell terrific products for men's hair and beards

Visiting Lynchburg and I needed a proper haircut. I’m very glad that I found them on Google! Booking an appointment is easy, the vibe of the place is super clean, professional, and inviting. Caleb did an amazing job cutting my hair — Chop top, skin fade, and a clean blend all around. Had an engaging conversation with him about life, dance, and of course Lynchburg. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Gentleman John's or the owner, Jarred. I've recommended this place to others before and I will continue to do so for as long as they stay in business. I truly enjoy coming here and always leave with a great, close cut. Jarred has a high standard and is a true master of his trade. I won't go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment, the reviews online speak for themselves.

I don’t typically write reviews but this is worth it. Great location, this barbershop is clean, uses reservations so you are never waiting, timely, professional and affordable. I have yet to find a place that matches the price, amount of time, care, passion, and intentionality put in to their service let alone the outstanding quality. Easily my favorite barbershop!

Best Barber Shop I've been to in years. Caleb gave my son the best fade he's ever had. Very professional and clean. Other barber shops could learn a lot from this place. I live in Maryland, however I will stop in every time I'm in Lynchburg.
