Hailey, originally from Michigan, lived in Northern Virginia for 12 years before moving to Lynchburg to attend Liberty University, where she majored in American Sign Language Interpretation. She met her husband, Jeremiah, at Liberty in late 2019 and discovered her passion for the hair industry. After meeting with Jared in February 2023 and falling in love with the concept of classic barbering, she began apprenticing on March 1st. She quickly developed a passion for working with razors and the art of the Italian shave, enjoying the opportunity to help others feel valued and confident. In her free time, she plays piano with her church worship team, enjoys reading, experiments with different instruments, and loves playing with her 4-year-old pit bull, Oakley, at dog parks with obstacle courses.
